We recommend choosing a class based on your previous experience, current mood, and personal goals.
Arrival & Parking
We are located at Bernolákova 6 in Martin. You can park directly in front of the studio on the street, or use the large parking lot behind the studio through the barrier (take a ticket at the barrier and we will validate it inside for free parking).
Facilities, Changing Room & Shower
Mats, blocks, and props are provided free of charge. Comfortable changing rooms and showers are fully available. Just bring comfortable clothing.
Post-Class Café Ritual
After class, enjoy a freshly brewed specialty coffee, herbal tea, or light snack in our café space.
